Last week, LEAD PUMP received a report from a distributor in Southeast Asia. The report said that a customer in Southeast Asia was having some problems with a solar water pump due to a lack of familiarity with the technology by the local distributor. In response to the customer's urgent request, LEAD PUMP sent a technical support team to the site straight away to help. It was found that incorrect wiring and poor maintenance had caused the problems with this solar water pump. The team demonstrated on-site how to troubleshoot and do regular maintenance to make sure the solar water pump works well in a tropical climate.
Recently, a customer asked LEAD PUMP to modify a power control cabinet that had already been completed and scheduled for delivery. The customer needed the power control cabinet to comply with updated local legal policies. LEAD PUMP’s engineering and compliance teams worked together to help the customer find the best solution as quickly as possible. LEAD PUMP shipped the redesigned power control cabinet at the time agreed, showing the ability to adapt and commitment to customer partnership.
