General Introduction to Brushless Submersible Pump:

The pump is oil - filled cooling type. It is made of maintenance free DC brushless permanent magnet motor, the motor housing and propeller is made from stainless steel, the impeller is PPO material, for connection parts and outlet connection is made from brass, chamber is anti-rust cast iron or 304 stainless steel material. Power cable can be customized.

It is equipped with ac dc controller, which could be compatible with solar system and ac electricity. The DC voltage is from 80-430V, the AC Voltage is 150V-264V, which is a wide using Voltage voltage. The pump is a high efficiency operation solar pump, whose solar utilizing is up to 70%. The Insulation class is F class. IP68.

It is a high efficiency pump, which speed could reach around 4000 rotation per minutes. The power range in this 3 inch AC DC hybrid plastic impeller pump is 1hp, 1.3hp, 1.5hp and 2hp. The max head could reach 180 m.

Popular solar panels in local market would be a good choice as long as the Voltage of Open Circuit of PV system is less than 430 volts, and the total power is more than 1.3 times and less then 2 times of the pump rated power.

1. Operation power mode means the controller is powered by DC or AC. When DC is less, it switches to AC aromatically. AC DC Hybrid Power means DC as the main power, and when DC input can’t make sure the pump work at it’s best performance, AC input will be as a complementary.

2. LED Function means: Power (AC, DC), Voltage (AC, DC), Current (AC, DC), and Speed could be shown on Controller Screen.
