We (Lead Pump) recently received a feedback that our pressure tank occurred water-leakage.  Fortunately, only several pieces happened in such situation.

After receiving this feedback, our sales person seriously reported to sales manager and  engineers. Then, they evaluated the reason according to videos and descriptions sent from this customer. It turns out that he membrane of the tank was out of function along with working time and the operators of customer’s side cannot correctly install the new membranes. We herein sent a installation instruction video to customer and shipped replaced membrane spare parts with his next container.

There is no non-problem products in this world no matter how strictly the production process or inspecting process. However, providing a customer-satisfied after-sale service is the key to maintain a long-term business, that is what we pursue on Lead Pumps.
